A 17TH CENTURY OAK AND BONE INLAID SIDE TABLE, DATED 1668

A characterful and unusual oak side table. The frieze is inlaid with a geometric chevron pattern in bone, flanked by the initials M and D to either side. The date 16 / 68 is similarly inlaid on the leg blocks. Raised on turned bobbin legs united by a matching stretcher base.
